We offer you the use of adequate personal protective equipment to use when out on the water, it is highly recommended that you use this equipment. Please confirm that you require the following:

Rental Disclaimer

The equipment provided to you for rental will be done so in good working order. We still always recommend checking the equipment before you head out on the water. Please report any concerns or damage to the centre reception before you go out on the water.

Any damage from misuse of the equipment will incur a charge for repair. If the equipment can not be repaired, then the cost of the replacement will need to be charged. Loss of any equipment while in use will incur a replacement cost. Costs for any replacement will be charged at wholesale price for the item plus shipping costs.

Tribe Watersports reserves the right to stop any rental in process (without refund), if an individual is deemed to be using the equipment in an unsafe manner, putting themselves or others at risk.

Rental equipment is on an individual use basis only and is not to be shared with others or to
be used for instruction.

Whilst renting equipment you will be taking part in “Adventurous Activities'' which may involve some personal risk. You must accept full responsibility for your actions and release Tribe Watersports from any liability whilst partaking in this activity.
